The STVM® Steam and Water Washdown Station provides a high temperature washdown and is the only washdown station on the market using a Venturi mixing valve design to combine steam and cold water to produce a constant stream at the operator's set temperature. As the flow of steam and water enter the thermostatic mixing valve, a scouring action occurs that minimizes the buildup of minerals to ensure long, uninterrupted use and silent operation.

Designed to expedite routine maintenance with minimal downtime, the STVM® features an interchangeable cartridge with a single moving element, the thermal actuator, to easily service the station in the field - Saving you time and money.

STVM® Cartridge Assembly	N/A The STVM® Washdown Station is designed with an interchangeable cartridge to expedite routine maintenance with minimal downtime. The STVM® cartridge assembly can be replaced in an installed station within minutes by simply unscrewing the cartridge with a standard wrench and inserting the new one. The used cartridge can then be cleaned by emerging it in descaling solution, inspected, and reused. The impact of production downtime can severely effect your bottom line. To maximum your uptime be sure to have a spare cartridge assembly readily available to keep your operation running smoothly.
