TV/SC-I valves maintain the temperature in instrument enclosures to protect instrumentation from freezing or overheating from an uncontrolled heating element. The TV/SC-I valve is installed into the wall of the enclosure with the thermal element inside the enclosure to sense the ambient temperature and regulate the steam supply to accurately maintain the desired temperature in the enclosure.
